| | Driver’s License & Age
The drivers and hirer must be between 23 and 65 years of age and must posses a valid driving license in Malaysia or valid international driving license with at least two years driving experience. Malaysian “P” license is not accepted. | |

| | Rates
Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia. Daily Car Rental Malaysia rates cover a full 24 hours with unlimited mileage. Excess hour is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rental rates. Rental rates are subject to 5% government tax. | |
|
| | Minimum Rental Period
A minimum Car Rental Malaysia period of 3 days is applicable. | |
| | |
| | Insurance
Rates include unlimited liability insurance coverage of third party bodily injuries and passenger risk and third party property damage up to RM 100,000. | |
| | |
| | CDW
Vehicle insurance carries an excess of RM 2500 for group A, RM 3500 for group B and RM 4500 for Group C for every accident causing damage to the rented vehicle, loss of car by fire and theft will be the hirer fully responsibility and liability. | |
| | |
| | However the above excess liability maybe partially waived if hirer agrees to accept CDW as listed below : | |

| | i) CDW coverage will only be effective with the availability of a police report within 24 hours pertaining to the damages caused to the rented
vehicles.
ii) Missing items or accessories are not covered by vehicle insurance and CDW | |
| | However, if the cause of loss or damage to the rented vehicle is found to be due to hirer’s or driver’s negligence, then the CDW coverage will be null and void. | |

| | PAI
Personal Accident Insurance is available upon request from SCR. (PAI subject to terms and conditions of the current engaged insurance company) Please refer to SCR office for PAI rates and details. | |

| | Payment

| | Traffic Fines
All traffic related offences will be hirer responsibility. | |
| | |
| | Petrol
SCR vehicle comes with a full tank of unleaded petrol and must be returned likewise. Otherwise the hirer will be charged for refueling cost. | |

| | Extension of Rental
It is important that hirer must inform SCR immediately in the event of extension of rental, as SCR need to facilitate the insurance coverage. Failure to do so will mean the hirer is driving the car without insurance & SCR permission. | |
| | |
| | Delivery & Collection
SCR will charge a minimum of RM 10.00 or above per trip depending on the cost incurred. | |
| | |
| | Repair Any cost of repair during Car Rental Malaysia period will only be refunded with the presentation of supplier’s original receipt and damage parts. Any repair exceeding RM 100 must get prior approval from SCR. | |
| | |
| | Breakdown Service
SCR has appointed Automobile Association of Malaysia (AAM) for the 24 hours breakdown service assistant to assist the hirer in case of emergency need. | |
| | |
| | Restriction Area & Road
All SCR vehicles are not allowed to be driven in Singapore and Thailand. SCR vehicles are not for use in off-roads, unsealed or unmade roads or surfaces. | |
